About the Consultant
Asha Sciarra-Boardman
As People & Culture Consultant, Asha leads people, culture, and compliance initiatives. With over 30 years of leadership experience, she is known for driving measurable value across student, employee, customer, and shareholder outcomes.
Asha began her career trailblazing at the first Home Inspection School, Inspection Training Associates, where she led its divestiture and continued with Kaplan following the acquisition. Over her 22-year tenure with Kaplan, one of the world’s largest education providers, she held multiple leadership roles in M&A, Operations, People, Culture, Service, and Regulatory Affairs. As Vice President of Real Estate Education, she elevated Kaplan’s programs to the nation’s leading provider of licensing, exam prep, and continuing education. She also directed Student Services and major merger and acquisition initiatives across 21 product lines. She led through the roughest of the real estate years and came out on top through a transformational online product from the traditional brick and mortar.
Asha holds a Master’s in Organizational Human Resources and is a psychographic behavior specialist. A published author of seven books and numerous leadership articles, she is a trusted consultant to top home inspection companies across North America and an advocate for collaborative, people-first leadership.
