As active coaches with iGo Community, they are deeply committed to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential through effective communication, intentional leadership development, and strategic planning.

Wes brings a wealth of leadership and management experience, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business, while Kristy, who holds a Master’s in School Leadership, excels at cultivating positive work environments and building strong, cohesive teams.

Beyond their roles at Pro-spect Inspection Services, they offer dedicated business coaching to help others reach their goals. In their spare time, they love exploring the world with their four children.

When you sign up, you get the full package of all 4 courses listed. Next Level Leadership is designed to be completed at your own pace. With 25 lessons across 4 courses, each lesson is broken into short, easily digestible videos averaging 5-30 minutes.

True growth happens through reflection and application, so each course contains reflection questions using our 4D framework along with a book study and a hands-on project. The full learning experience is estimated to take 10-15 hours per course.

Home inspection companies can only access this course when they are part of iGo Community. The full 4-course package is $499, but the iGo Member launch price is set at $249. When you complete all 4 courses, you will earn the Certified Entrepreneurial Leader (CEL) designation.
